Hello! I’m Priscilla, a dedicated certified personal trainer, proud mom of three, wife, and active soldier in the Army. My unique life experiences have shaped my passion for fitness for over 10 years, and I’m here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals while balancing the demands of everyday life. I specialize in weight loss, nutrition coaching, strength training, and overall health. I believe in the total person concept, focusing on a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

As a busy mom, I understand the challenges of finding time for fitness, which is why I focus on creating efficient, effective workout plans that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. My journey as a soldier has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and teamwork, which I bring to every training session. I believe that fitness is about more than just physical appearance; it’s about building confidence, strength, and a positive mindset.

My mission is to empower you to push your boundaries, celebrate your progress, and have fun along the way! Outside of training, you can find me balancing family life, staying active with my kids, and constantly seeking new ways to grow both personally and professionally.
